Just got to use this on four holes I drilled in the wrong place on my bedroom wall and I live in an apartment. The color match is very close. From a few feet away you can't tell there were any holes there. (I was hanging drapes and measured the distance for the holes incorrectly.) Very hard to squeeze from the tube, but I appreciate the tube key they included for the bottom of the tube so you can roll up the empty portion of the tube.

I have a linen white paint job in my apartment, but unfortunately most spackle is pure white. That's why I was so jazzed to see this "Gesso white" spackle in a medium sized tube on Amazon. So I tried it, and I'm so glad I did. Good quality spackle, and in the same shade as my paint job! That said, there are several shades of linen white paint out there, so I don't know if it will perfectly suit your needs but it will probably be pretty close to your paint job shade it you have linen white on your walls. Best of all, when I did my "patch up" work on small chips and flaws in my aging paint job, guess what? I didn't even have to paint over the spackle. Five big stars for this product!!

Dried up and unsqurtable! Good color. I actually cut into the tube and pried out what I needed. I had enough material to do my small job, and in fact the wall looks great from ten feet away, without my glasses on. If the product had been properly sealed, it might have been great. Confused. Annoyed.

This is a really nice alternative to spackle in a tub-- I usually only need to use a little bit here and there, and the tube keeps the spackle from drying out between uses which is amazing. I've had the same tube for years and it's still easy to spread. I also really like the consistency of this stuff, it's almost fluffy-- and the turnkey makes it easy to get out of the tube!

More like three and a half. This product would be perfect if they would FIX THE TUBE. It dries out way too fast and becomes impossible to squeeze out. Basically wasted half the tube.

This spackle comes in a tube. If you have holes in your walls from hanging pictures all over the place - and I did - you have to BUY THIS PRODUCT! I have family pictures all over my walls, but I frequently re-decorate and take down some pictures and put up new ones. This led to my walls looking like they had been sprayed with bullets. I just walked up to the hole, took the top off the tube, and just "squirted" the spackle into each hole. My walls are a light beige, so I can't even see where the white spackle is. It's like they never existed. If yur walls are a darker color, you may want to touch up the paint over the spackle so that it's invisible. I loive this product!

Worked well and matched the paint color close enough that I didn't need to touch up the paint. Applicator worked well also.

The product itself may be okay, but after twisting half the tube it finally came out the middle, not the top. Before I opened it I could tell there was only half in there and it was dried out. I was super stoked to use this and believe it is a great product, but I just got a dud tube.
