I am going to be returning this item. it is really loud and I wanted to use it in an office setting. It seems to work okay but every time you change a setting or add more time it beeps. and the beep is very loud and there's no way to turn that off. Also after using it for only 20 minutes, the battery went from a level 3 to level 2. so I don't imagine the battery is going to last very long before it has to be recharged. I'm giving it at 3 because the stimulus was strong enough, but the noise and the battery coming down so quickly don't justify anything higher than that.

Second one as the first one did not keep a charge. My wife prefers the wired one as it stays charged longer and provides a stronger pulse.

This is absolutely a great product. Definitely gives positive results. The only negative thing about this item is it does not come with extra sticky pads.

Very decent little unit. It definitely helps to ease my muscle pains after a hard day on the job

I bought this for my mother at Christmas. She uses it 3-5 times a week and loves how it works and most importantly how it helps with her back pain. She has used it around the knee area and said it helped a lot there as well. The multiple settings are great and it’s easy to charge and will stay at full charge for a while. She said it will stay charged for about 4 hours that she knows of. She will use it for about an hour at a time and after 4 times she always puts it on charge.

Beeps loudly!! I bought for discretion because I use it in a quiet office and during meetings, but it beeps loudly whenever you push a button. Why would anyone want this? I also couldn't get the thing to stay on. It would turn on for a minute or two then beep three times and shutoff; even after charging for hours. I promptly returned it.

My daughter bought me a Measupro Wireless Tens unit for this past Christmas and I loved it. But unfortunately, it only lasted 7 months before it stopped working completely. When i recently saw that the price of the unit had been drastically reduced, I ordered another one. This one did not work for one day. After being fully charged, It beeps 3 times and then shuts itself off. I have an idea that the seller is selling bad units that were previously returned. very cheap product.

I'm sorry I ordered this. The instructions were quite simple to follow... I fully charged both the remote and the unit itself before trying to use. It took 3 or 4 tries to get the thing going, once I was able to use it, it only allowed use on the "acupuncture" mode... which was not enjoyable at all! Got it to work one more time 2 days later and again only acupuncture even though the display screen said I was on the "kneading" mode and then tried the next day to use and can't get it working!! I GIVE UP! Don't waste your money or time on this!
