Very tasty. My wife (who is very aware of healthy ingredients/nutrition) didn't kick off with me when she read the packet...so it must be alright. I don't read that sort of thing, I should really. Great for the winter - summer, I haven't tried, but I wonder if you could overnight it in the fridge?!

This was easy to make up, it looked interesting, but tasted so bland. It did fill me up, but not sure I'd be able to eat it for long, it needs, badly needs, some taste

I have tried products from Protein Works, which are of high quality, at least the protein shakes I have tasted. Hence, I ordered the protein breakfast straight away. I initially wanted to order the apple and cinnamon flavour, but the double chocolate was the winner this time 😊. Superfood Breakfast Bowls are perfect for a nutrient-dense super breakfast, containing all the necessary nutrients to start your day. I work out daily; therefore, I must offer my body balanced nutrition. The product incorporates 15 grams of protein, which helps me immensely with muscle growth, 4.5 grams of fibre, slow-release carbohydrates such as quinoa, oats and couscous, and beneficial fats from flaxseeds, sunflower and chia seeds. It is also naturally sweetened with coconut sugar, not containing any artificial flavourings or sweeteners. However, please be mindful that it is NOT suited for vegans, only vegetarians, as it contains Milk Chocolate Drops and Skimmed milk Powder. It arrived in a sleek black and resealable bag weighing 600 grams. Inside the bag, you will find a gold-coloured scoop to measure your portion. The directions are straightforward, add two gold scoops (60 gr) of breakfast mix to a microwaveable bowl, followed by 150 ml of milk. Mix well and microwave for one and a half minutes; mix well again and leave the breakfast to rest for 5 minutes. I followed their instructions, but I added more milk than suggested. This is because couscous and chia seeds become chewy and choky for me without a proper amount of liquid. I used around three-quarters of a coffee mug of milk, which made my breakfast more liquid but perfect for me. It became the healthiest breakfast mixed with chocolate milk (see photos). It was absolutely delicious. Moreover, the extra milk helped me swallow my food instead of chewing and choking on the seeds. And it kept me full for longer than my regular porridge. I enjoyed the taste thoroughly, and it is not excessively sweet for my liking. It is a bit pricey compared to other breakfast varieties. Still, it does deliver so much more in terms of nutrition and well-being, especially if you have a stressful job or expend copious amounts of energy on exercising. I endorse this product for its exceptional taste and explosion of goodness and health benefits!

This superfood blend has a nice taste and a crunchy texture, similar to granola. It goes lovely with yoghurts, acai, milk or frozen berries smoothie bowls. I love using it because this superfood blend has proteins and fibres (from seeds) and has some sweetness from natural sweeteners (which is a better alternative to sugar in my opinion). I also like the chocolate flavour, it is not overwhelming and feels natural, not sugary. I usually enjoy a granola bowl in the morning so this is a great alternative to that. I think this solution has more protein than the granola I usually use. Therefore, I use it at the times I do sport to fuel my body better. I am very pleased with this product and therefore I give it 5 stars.

Didn't know if I'd like this. I tried a bit first cold with milk, as I was stirring it up and it was sort of ok. And then I microwaved it, let it sit for a bit and it was LOVELY. Not very sweet at first, and I was thinking of adding something sweet to it, but after a couple of mouthfuls I found I didn't need to as it was SO scrummy. It does have a bit of a chewy texture - in a good way though (difficult to explain but its really very good and moreish!)I ended up having another small bowl after dinner as a bit of pudding (used about 1.5 scoops). I'd def buy again - just the price really as to whether I can afford it, versus the cost of a bag of chunky porridge which lasts a lot longer. So would def recommend the chocolate one - and I probably will buy again, if money allows. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the cost really - when there are only 10 portions in the 600g bag. If you used to eat grains and seeds porridge you will be ok with this one, either way nothing that you can't get used to - it is weird but thats about it. It is super healthy and filling too as it has 15g of protein. Good start of the day. Lovely chocolate taste, it is not too sweet, no artificial sweetness or sweeteners.

Si scioglie bene, non fa grumi e non è troppo dolce. Sicuramente un ottimo prodotto.
