I bought these so my high school students could dissect them for class. Our school didn't have specimens and didn't order them last year when they were requested. It's sad that teachers have to spend their own money so that the students can have a good experience. If I have to, I would buy them again.

My kids are so excited to have the opportunity to dissect these earthworms. We homeschool so we are always looking for fun things for them to be able to do where they learn at the same time. We ordered these worms before we had the rest of the items, so we haven't' had a chance to use them yet, but I am impressed with the packaging and the size of the worms. There are plenty of worms for each of the kids to get a few tries. They are a great deal and this company offers amazing other options that I am looking forward to trying!

Nice quality worms for dissection. I homeschool and want to teach the kids how to dissect, and worms are the perfect place to start. These worms feel rubbery, just as I would expect. The worms are all basically the same 8 to 10 inch size, give or take, for individual worms. The exterior skin is firm but cuts easily, and you can view the interior organs. I have wax dissecting trays and the pins needed to pin the worm down. I had no problem controlling the cut, so the organs were not damaged.
