I purchased this to use instead of Shea butter in an herbal salve recipe. This was my first experience with cocoa butter and I really enjoyed it. I LOVE the scent - it smells very faintly of white chocolate. And, the scent is faint enough that it is pleasant but does not overwhelm the slightly floral scent of the herbal oil.Measuring was super easy since it comes in chunks. I really liked how the chunks are different sizes since it let me weight out exactly the amount that I needed for the recipe.Melting was a cinch - I just added it to my double boiler along with the beeswax and the oil and it melted in minutes. It also mixed cleanly with the oil and wax and created a nice final product.Overall, this smells lovely and is easy to use and I definitely recommend it. I would certainly buy this brand again!

I have used this product to make keto pecan turtle bars. I also add a bit to my coffee. The taste is excellent. NOTE: I keep in the refrigerator because it came in a block melted together from the heat on my porch. You will need to grate it to use in baking. Doesn't soften up like regular butter.

The first thing that struck me when I opened the bag is the smell. It is amazing and better than any other brand I've purchased. I made some sugar-free chocolate and it was hands down amazing.

If you want a cocoa butter that really wreaks of chocolate, this is what you're looking for! I opened the bag and it was OVERWHELMING.I made some creams with it that ended up being mostly hemp and olive oil and they still smell like chocolate! (Ratio: 1 parts cocoa butter, 4-5 parts other oils, really... the smell is a lot fainter but still clearly cocoa...).Most of the cocoa butter I've bought have been a much lighter scent that can be lost in mixes. I have so many things I'd like to try this in. Will order again!

I made homemade dark chocolate with this and it was the best chocolates I've ever had! I usually use coconut oil but this added a smoothness and richness to the chocolate that was incredible.
