Yes you can if you have heavy deposits. Don't mix it with the water in the power washer. Mix it in a spray bottle, apply to surface, and rinse with power washer.

You asked about the bushes, if you do try it, the bushes will be fine as long as they are acidic loving bushes like evergreens and other woody plants. It's a fantastic product but please, don't use it on your siding!
