Attractive and sturdy chairs at a good price
We ordered a set of 4 chairs and we're quite pleased with the ease of assembly and the way they look. They're well constucted and can support larger sized people. We did have a few parts that were initially missing from the chair kits, but the vendor was very helpful and responded by getting us the replacement parts in a courteous and timely manner.

Good Enough (just).
Reasonable value for money. At these prices one doesn't expect Rolls Royce quality but the assembled chair is sound and stable. The assembly instructions, however, leave a lot to be desired. There's not a word of English in them. They're all in Chinese characters so pay close attention to the photographs. Be careful to check which size bolts are used in which steps. The photgraphs are helpful (actually essential). One would have more confidence in following the pictures, which are numbered 1-12, if number 6 had not been omitted.

Rubbish
The chair is extremely poor quality and when I tried to return it I was told by the Post Office that it would cost £120 (the same amount as the chair cost) to send jet back to China.Repeated attempts to talk to anyone about this have failed. A very, very bad experience and it reflects dry badly on Amazon.I will never order an expensive item again

ASSEMBLY WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS
There were no assembly instructions, just a packet of screws, etc. There were two types of screws but no indication which type went where. Also several felt pads. As a result I used long screws instead of shorter screws to attach the back panel, which distorted the cover, until I replaced them with shorter screws.The screw holes are just bare wood with no cosmetic plugs, and the whole thing feels cheap. Certainly not worth £120.

Sturdy stylish comfortable chair
Arrived on time & easy to install. Arms on the chair help those with mobility issues. Very sturdy, stylish & comfortable. Would recommend this product

Over-priced for average quality
Bought as a dining chair . Bolt holes spoil the look of the assembled chair and the cushion pad is slightly irregular in shape.

Good value chair
Purchased for my elderly mother who needed a frame that is sturdy enough that enables her to use the arms to get up off the seat. It does the job.Relatively easy to assemble despite the instructions being in Chinese.
