I will stick to bamboo Mat
As a sushi lover I was exited to find an alternative to my bamboo Mat.Sadly I found the product fiddly to use, definitely more messy than traditional Mat and overall disappointing 😔

I'm a complete newbie to the sushi game but honestly it makes it so easy. Everyone said it looked restaurant quality and not to brag but it is so simple the children could do it and it would still look amazing! Absolutely worth every penny!

Bought as a Christmas present. Box in bad condition and open. Contents looked used with scratches. Had no choice but to return as looks second hand. Gutted as could have been good.
