these are seriously heavy duty aluminum molds. it was my mistake that i ordered them for review first thinking that they were chinese egg tart molds aka circular. wrong. these are aluminum boats, or rather what your egg tarts look like after they get squished in half. for those of you looking to make boat-shaped pastries, or otherwise zip your aluminum mini-boats across the water in some fashion, these are for you. for those of use who didn't aim to make pre-squished egg tarts, we'll have to further scratch our heads. no harm no foul to the seller, though. we'll keep this at 5 stars.
