If you like smoked cocktails, this is a great place to start for learning how to make them yourself. With 4 different types of wood chips included, you can try your hand at all sorts of drink combinations to see how the different woods affect your drinking experience.I've seen people smoke cocktails a number of ways, but the designs like this one seem like the best to me. Compared to the ones where you burn the wood by a glass and put a bit glass cover over it to let the smoke get in and around the glass, or the ones where a vacuum blows smoke into a chamber containing a cocktail in a glass, this one makes the most sense. With this one, you make your drink put the cover on it, add your wood chips, burn them with the torch, and let science do the rest. All of the smoke goes into the glass, leaving you with a nice smokey cocktail rather than a smokey room. At least that's how it should work. The seal on this isn't the best and you do end up with a bit of smoke not going into the glass, but it's still better than the other ways I've seen cocktails smoked, especially for home use.Overall, it's a fun novelty if you wanna try smoked cocktails. Smoke them as much or as little as you'd like to match your preferences. The torch is also great on its own though and I've been wanting to get one for my kitchen for a while, so I'll be using it for more than just smoking cocktails I'm sure.

I bought this smoker kit for my husband for Christmas. He absolutely loves it! The kit is super easy to use and the flavors are great. A must have if you like smoky cocktails.

Makes the whiskey taste awesome and fun to use!

I ordered two different smoker sets to compare and LOVE both. They would make perfect gifts. Everything cam e exactly as advertised. The kit was easy to use and the smoke flavors were excellent. Smoking cocktails for your guests is sure to impress! If I had to give a criticism, it would be nice if this set included additional flavors.

The natural wood shavings, screen, and smoker, arguably, are all relatively common denominators from kit to kit in my, albeit limited, experience. The bang for the buck seems to be in the quality of the torch and any potential accessories that might set a kit apart from the rest. When it comes to this affordable kit, I must give credit where credit is due. Comparing this kit to my pricier one, on the upside, this one has a torch with better hand-feel that is also adjustable, an instruction booklet, a cleaning brush, butane tools, and a wood chips loading tool. On the (very minor) downside, this one has only two strainers while the more expensive one has 3.If I were to go back in time and given the choice between this kit and the more expensive one, I would have chosen to only buy this kit…and use the money saved on the other to buy a very nice fifth of whiskey to enjoy.

The lighter stopped working after I used it couple of times. Tried to refuel but doesn’t work
