In term of computer, we already have three desktop and three laptop in our house. But we still decide to purchase this mini PC because of its pocket-size and powerful functions. We switch it between TV and projector.It provides two USB ports which is important and necessary for this device. We pluged in a set of keyboard and mouse to one USB port, so we still have another available for data transferring.After we connect this mini-PC to a monitor, projector or TV, it basically functions as a normal computer. It take a little while to set up for the first time(setting, updating...) like most new-purchased computer. (Especially for updating.) After that, it is very easy to use.

Activation failed/updated 8/19/17
Windows activation failed/invalid, seem the manufacturer put invalid Win 10 SW on this device. Support was unable to help so returning for refund.Update: 8/19/17, I’ve since had a communication from the seller ‘SYTECHZ’ and they immediately forwarded a Windows activation code that worked fine, unit works well for me so far and my ultimate use will be on a CNC system. Only 4 Star because of the original activation failure.

Excellent customer service
The activation code was incorrect on the pc stick. However, we emailed Sytechz and, within a few hours, received the correct code. Excellent customer service. We would buy from them again.

Great Little PC but came with an INVALID Windows 10 Install
Did not come with a valid license. Which is a huge pain in the butt because I had so little time to set it up. I am only at the house once every 2 weeks. Contacting seller now and I will update if they resolve the problem for me.

Poor Support
Did not arrive with valid Windows 10 license. 8 days after receipt I was contacted by Sytechz who provided the license ID. Decided to keep as it meets my needs and works as advertised. Only 3 stars because of poor service support and documentation.

Invalid Windows license
Did not have a valid Windows 10 license. Returning for credit.Update 8/30/2017: Was contacted by seller with apology and offer to send me valid license. Received valid license and all is well.

Nice little device
The stick runs well and only gets warm after extended use. I am giving it 4 stars because I had to get a valid Windows product key from the seller.
