The media could not be loaded. This product came in perfect condition, and on time. It was easy to set up. It looks and sounds lovely! We have enjoyed it for a couple of weeks with no issues at all.

I bought this fountain last year but didn’t put it out until the spring. I can no longer return or exchange it I think. But it’s leaking from the bottom. Very disappointed. Other than that (which is huge), it was a lovely fountain.

The media could not be loaded. This came in heavy protective packaging and was in perfect condition. However I was missing the pump. I wrote to kenroy to advise and they told me to send it back! What a pain. I decided to call them and Susan was so helpful. She mailed me out a pump straight away! As others have said, the fountain is quite loud. I dialed back the pump to try to lessen the sound. I also put smooth stones in each basin so birds could have a drink and a splash without drowning. I also did not hook up the lights.It is quite beautiful and I am enjoying it very much.

So sad is damaged when I opened. I can try to buy again to see if I have lucky

Fountain arrived broken and I called Kenroy home to discuss options. They sent me another fountain that arrived broken as well. I called back and sent them pics of both broken fountains. They sent me a third fountain that also arrived broken so I gave up and just returned it. Kenroy home was great to work with but the fountain is not packaged well and breaks in transit.
