I generally take this type of Quercetin blend during allergy season or if I feel a cold coming on because sometimes too much Quercetin can make me feel a bit hyper, so I only take as-needed. But other people may respond differently and you need to find what works best for you.This looks like a very good blend of beneficial ingredients and the addition of zinc is always a bonus in my book.From the product description, I find this to be an important distinction about the particular Quercetin this supplement uses: “Truthentics Quercetin from Sophora Japonica flower buds, is a premium form of Quercetin Dihyrate that's easier to absorb with higher bioavailability than other forms of Quercetin.”Third party tested, with maximum absorption. Good stuff from a brand that cares, I do recommend 👍🏻

I do not always gravitate towards supplements with multiple ingredients to address different issues. The reason being that then I have to do the math if I am taking a multivitamin or stand-alone supplement with that identical ingredient. I was looking for products with Bromelain and I found this. Now I don't know which I like better, the Bromelain or the Quercetin. They both have benefits I'm looking for. And then there's zinc to boot.The quantity of Quercetin and Bromelain seems to be good. The GDU/g for bromelain is actually more important than the actual quantity (strength = GDU/g X mg).As I get older I've looked for things like this to help with daily inflammation and help improve my immune system. Two things that help improve my quality of life. I can honestly say, I feel that this product has lived up to that.
