I love being able to print (almost) lab-quality photos whenever I want. I brought this compact printer to a wedding and was able to give the couple a stack of prints at the post-wedding brunch. They were ecstatic to have a tangible keepsake so quickly. The print quality is good, though the color saturation isn't great. But it's quick and easy. The only caveat is that if you print in a dusty (or in my case, pet hairy) area, print flaws can occur due to the paper being fed through multiple print passes.Yes, it's wasteful compared to inkjets and the price per print is higher, but the convenience and portability make it worthwhile to me.

I got this printer to use in the field for my many photographic jobs. I love it. It works well and the pictures it produces are amazing quality. The app makes coming up with unique designs cool and easy. There are several different settings in there to create collages or even change the border color. I only use 4 by 6 paper in this there are other options I will. It be searching out. Canon came up with a sleek system for the ink and paper setup that makes things easy as heck. I think it’s 36 prints per cartridge it could be more, but the way the;aper and cartridge kits come it is accurate in use for paper to ink ratio for sure. I have never had any paper jam or malfunction of this printer ever. The ink capacity and print size are great for most cases I use it for. And if you add a battery to this printer ever it now becomes a portable powerhouse as the battery life is tremendous. It’s not for everyone but if you want accurate beautiful fast pictures this is the one for you.

I have wanted a photo printer for a long time, and I love this little thing. The price was okay, until I I started buying all the accessories and then it got crazy. The prints look nice, and it is fun to watch it print by color. The setup with my phone and the app and my laptop was a pain- it took multiple attempts but I think I have it figured out now. I don't like that it is advertised to print stickers and labels and all that but needs a separate print tray to do so- which I only found out through reviews and the tray took weeks to find. The options are nice, I just wish it was a package deal. The photos are nice though. I am enjoying it.Update : I am now noticing a line down the side of the photos I print. I am also having a hard time getting the alignment right as the printer tends to crop the edges, especially if I print multiple smaller pictures on one sheet using the app. I also cannot print through the app anymore because I set it up with my laptop as well as my phone to go over our wifi, so I have to send it to print, and make sure the right printer is selected.Update 2: I have now tried using all the accessories and am very disappointed. I bought the separate paper tray for the smaller card sized label papers. The card size sticker paper worked ok ( I only used it once) but when I tried the smaller label stickers (with 8 stickers on the card size paper) it jammed in the printer. The only instruction from the printer was to turn it off and on again to clear the jam, which did not do anything. I had to manually pull the paper and folded up stickers out with tweezers which took about a half hour. The printer doesn't come apart so I just had to pull the ripped pieces out individually. Fortunately when I switched back to the standard paper it still worked. Probably best to only use the items that come with this printer and its replacements. I was excited about the sticker paper for my kid's artwork, so that is disappointing.
