My first Android TV box. Im happyMy unit arrived on time with Prime shipping, was well packaged, and included the following in the box:X96 miniPower adapterHDMI cableMounting bracketHook and loop (Velcro) for mounting bracketIR receiver extension cableIR remote controlInstallation guide with lots of picturesAestheticsThe x96 mini is quite small, the included mount makes it easy to put on the back of the TV, or hide away inside the cabinet of an entertainment center. The box can be placed completely out of site if you use the IR extension cable.The two-tone matte and gloss black finish is nice. It looks good sitting next to the TV, so I decided not to hide it.The remote is compact and light, the button layout is simple and all of the buttons work properly. Button presses are registered immediately by the device, as you would expect, and provide a tactile feedback with each press. I have no problem controlling my box from the couch, or across the room. It takes two AAA batteries.OperationThis is an Android box. Android is an operating system developed by Google. If you have a smart phone, and its not an iPhone, chances are you are using android. As such, installing and removing apps is very simple. The process is the same as with an android phone or tablet.The box starts with a splash screen showing a 3D x96 logo in front of the solar system, then moves into a waterspout-hurricane type of animation. Pretty neat.The home-screen is nice and clean. The menu is simple and responds quickly from commands sent from the remote. Navigation is smooth when moving through the different screens. Apps start quickly without fuss. I like the air mouse feature.All in all, for my first Android TV experience, this x96 box is 5 stars all day long. Are better TV boxes out there? This is the most worthless piece of garbage I've ever ordered from Amazon. Will be returning it tomorrow and buying a firestick. Does not respond to commands at all and when it does, it's completely inacurate and delayed. I bought 2, I have not tried the 2nd one yet. May return both tomorrow and will update this review

I have plenty of android boxes and this have to be one of the worst. This the only one I have that freeze constantly and lost wi-if signal over and over again. 2 stars for the looks only.

This box runs fast and smooth right out of the box. Android 7.1 is so much better than 6.0. I added a kodi build to this box and it still ran like a champ. I will definitely buy more of these boxes once the 3 I got are sold.If your looking for a good inexpensive box, this is as good as your gonna find.

This little box is a jewel. If you are looking for a box to play movies or file you have then look no further. Easy install. I’ve installed apps with no issue and used the built in apps such as mirroring. I give this box a 4 star due to the remote, it comes with a cord rf and you really have to point the remote right at it and not to mention other remotes will affect it.

I'm not pleased with it. I asked ahead of time whether it was unlocked and able to receive all stations. I was told it is; but, its not. I plan on returning it.

We are very impressed with Tracfy!! This will save money and is a great product. Every home needs one.

Please do not purchase if you are planning on installing a kodi build. This buggy box continuously force closes the application on it's own in the middle of the program you are watching.
