Best Rain Gear Ever โ Lightweight, Reliable, and Actually Fun to Wear!
Honestly, this is the best thing ever when it comes to staying dry outdoors! I got the Victoper Waterproof Poncho for hiking and camping trips, and itโs been an absolute lifesaver. Itโs super lightweight, easy to fold up, and doesnโt take much space in a backpack โ but when the rain hits, it gives full coverage and keeps you completely dry. The material feels durable yet soft, not that stiff plastic kind, and it actually holds up well after multiple uses. Iโve used it for walking, cycling, and even just running errands on a rainy day, and itโs so easy to throw on. The hood fits nicely, the sides close securely, and it doesnโt flap around too much in the wind. Plus, it dries really quickly, so you can pack it away without worrying about it staying damp. Pro tip: Keep one in your car or bag โ itโs so handy for surprise showers or outdoor plans. Itโs reusable too, so itโs way better for the environment than those cheap single-use ones. Overall, this poncho is comfortable, reliable, and genuinely practical โ I didnโt expect to love it this much, but now I take it everywhere!

very good poncho
I bought this in July because of sporadic rain showers. It comes in own tubular storage sack which is very useful for carrying it with you either in a day sack or side picket of a rucksack. Opens out easily. It can be a bit difficult to find your way into it when it's dark.. I'm 5 ft 10 and it comes down to my mid shin. Does a good job of keeping you dry. Ventilation is good but the pop closures also help keep the wind out. The hood is OK. The peak on it is sort of OK. It's flimsy but does keep rain off your face. The star feature is the little sleeves because they actually keep your sleeves or arms dry and that's fairly unique for the ponchos on Amazon.. Definitely worth paying a fiver extra for the sleeves over the cheaper unleeved ones. It's very hand to have with you especially in Britain, and it fits almost anyone, over anything. The only negative is trying to get something out of your Jean pockers can be a bit of a faff because you have to find your way into the poncho but there is a chest pocket.

Almost perfect, the bag is very fragile....
Perfect for the F1 (Netherlands especially, due to the colour lol). It is lightweight, wouldn't call it pocket size but I strapped it to my bag and it was light enough to not be annoying. Also the bag broke after a couple of uses, but still the poncho holds up very well in the rain - was dry as a bone! Handy front pocket also if required.

Poncho for hikers
I walk most mornings (about 8 miles) and the park in has very little shelter so this poncho is ideal for wet days, lightweight and big so it's easy to layer up in cold showery weather and is waterproof and compact

Really good value for money and worth every penny. It kept me dry.
I went to a music festival where it rained on and off all day. This poncho was the best buy. It kept me really dry, even when at one point I thought it was actually hailing as the rain came down with so much force. It's a good size as it covered most of my legs but didn't touch my shoes or the ground (I'm 5 foot 1.5" tall and a Size 18). The hood with the lip also kept my face dry. I love the pocket at the front, which kept my mobile and sun glasses dry and all my friends commented on the lovely orange colour. I've sent a link to this poncho to all my friends that I went to the festival with as their disposable plastic ponchos had ripped by the end of the day and was short in length compared to my lovely poncho which remained good as new. I also like that it came in its own bag. Thank you so much. A brilliant poncho, light to wear and not heavy to carry. I highly recommend it to everyone. My best buy recently!

okay for light rain
paid a little more hoping the material would be thicker, alas no, first storm and after 20 x mins my under coat was wet, not made for bad weather

You WILL stay dry. Trust me.
Ideal item. Have used it twice now in torrential downpour. I honestly stayed dry from my knees up. Completely water resistant. Surprisingly I found this to keep me warm too. Covers you head and neck and in so doing, breaks the wind effect. Rugged material too.

Does the job, be aware of a couple of things.
A decent poncho that does the job. Tips for people using it though. Don't keep your arms in the sleeves unless you need to use your arms. The sleeve will only extend half way up your forearms once outreached. If it's windy please consider some weights to attach to the end. Nothing that strains the poncho but something just heavy enough to keep the wind from blowing the bottom up your crotch. It leaves up to the lightweight title. There is a seem on the neck (under your chin) that is very easy to tear, be mindful when removing but so far it almost seems intentional. Maybe for people who want the extra face room.
