How long before I need to buy another head gor the mop?

Obviously when the fibres are tatty or depleted. Unable to say how long as it depends on how often you use your mop. I have 3 mop heads. One in use, which I put into the washing machine once used and air dry. I then place a new clean mop head on ready for next use and the 3rd one is there if the other one is not dry yet! The mop heads dry very quickly on the line or inside. But on mop head will last and last depending on how it is looked after and not left to 'rot' in a bucket of water whilst not in use.

I have the bucket but have lost the mop handle. Any idea where I can get just the mop handle please? Thanks.

Have you asked Amazon if they can sell you the handle or a complete mop. When I bought mine I bought spare mop heads. I have not seen this system on sale in stores so I would consider buying a full mop because the heads are easy to change.

Anyone else’s top handle not locking?

I am now on my second turbo mop, the first having lasted a number of years. Neither has suffered any problem in locking the mop handle. It may be important to limit how many turns you undo the handle as there may be a threaded, expanding nut inside the tube and if undone too far, the thread may become disengaged, thereafter preventing the handle from locking. Rotating the top part clockwise should result in the handle locking. If it doesn't, then something inside has become disengaged. Unsure if that can be fixed.
