Pakfung LED Torchiere Floor Lamp 18 Watt (Rotory Switch)

Bought this lamp after a lot of due diligence, because I needed a bright light for my painting studio. I wanted a warm daylight color, a large output of light, and a multi-directional head. This lamp fills the bill perfectly, and I couldn't be happier. So why the reason for only 4 stars? Because it is a bitch to put together. Yes, it simply screws together like all torchieres do, but the directions lead you astray. For some reason they have you screw the top together first and then the bottom, leaving the middle section for last. But the middle section has the electrical components in it so is a little heavier than the other empty tubes. If you get the screw slightly misaligned, as I did, it ends up in a lot of swear words. I ended up having to unscrew everything, realign it all, this time starting from the bottom up.So my suggestion? Buy the lamp because it is great, but be prepared for the assembly to be a little challenging. And oh yes, when you first open the package, slip off and throw away all those little black plastic "bumpers" that come between the tubular parts. They are slit and if you push them to where the wire is between the tubes you can slip them off and discard. On mine, a few were tightly attached to some of the tubes and I thought they were part of the lamp. They are not.

Loved this light when we got it - the first one we got was damaged (bars were bent so it wouldn't connect) so we got a second one sent right away. It lasted for about a year maybe before the dimmer stopped working, along with half of the lights. It's still plenty bright for our needs, but I'm looking to replace it because the dimmer was really nice.Update: just shy of 2 years and the lamp has stopped working completely. For the price, I guess I can’t really complain.

I probably should have sent this back when I first got it but chose not to. My mistake. It never did seem to get as bright as it should have. When the knob is turned it gets to a certain level of brightness and stops, even though the knob will still turn quite a bit more. So that was the first strike against it. Less than 2 years after purchasing it the lamp started to flicker sometimes, and then I noticed that it would get dimmer and dimmer as time went on. I would turn it up as high as it would go and a little while later I would notice that it was not as bright as it had been. Then sometimes it would jump back up to the original brightness for a little while, and then eventually jump back down. A couple of months after that started happening the lamp started to flicker a lot. It is very distracting and if I turn the knob back and forth maybe it will quit for a while, but the flickering always comes back. Sometimes I turn it off all the way and turn it back on and it will be semi-normal for a while but every day it flickers. This was not worth the money.

I love the simple slender style,It literally took us 5 mins to assemble, it was just that simple.This floor lamp provides very bright warm off white color with the led technology which has energy saving purpose. We used it in our bedroom. It also has a dimming switch to adjust the brightness we desire and it actually remember our last brightness setting. The top part of the lamp has rotation. We can turn to any directions as we like the lighting reflections.

It is not too bright, perfect for bedrooms. Beautiful shape. There is just one more thing I need to mention is that you may need to remove the small black chip that I showed in my review picture before you install it, this step is not mentioned in the manual book and if you are a first-time installer like me you may get confused as I was. Overall I am satisfied with the quality and the price.

High quality tall lampThe top part is glass and can be rotated in 360 degree, which makes it more flexible.The lamp needs a few steps of assemble. It is separated into several small chunks, and when you screw, all the pieces is easily connected with each other.The height of the lamp cannot be changed.It had a rolling controller to adjust the brightness of the light.Overall, the quality is high.

I'm loving this LED floor lamp! Installation was simple and easy only takes 10 minutes to put together. The light is very bright with a touch adjustment for bright and dim.The top disk swivels so you can point it toward the wall to reflect the light.I added some decorations . I’m totally satisfied with the lamp and highly recommend it to everyone.

I purchased 6 of the lamps which I really NEED. It is IMPOSSIBLE to assemble these lamps!! The metal pieces do not screw together.!!! There are some plastic clips which are supposed to be positioned on the pole (which are supposed to enable the user to screw the pieces together). The clips extremely difficult to manipulate and they do not secure the pieces of the pole together. I am very, very disappointed. The idea behind these lamps is great, but if you cannot assemble them, they are worthless! ( The light they give off is very beautiful)
