Good DIY for an old car with a floppy, driver side visor. My Visor was flopping down obstructing my vision at all the wrong times. The Volvo dealer wanted 189.00 for a new visor, then 130.00 for labor. They also would have had to cut my headliner to get to the screws and adapter for the lighted mirror. Then I'd have to go to a car restore place to repair the headliner.I cut one of these in half. Swung the visor out towards my passenger window and wedged half of one in. I reset the visor in the opposite bracket and Viola', the visor stays up and it doesn't look too unsightly or rigged looking :)I will probably have to replace the foam from time to time with wear, but it was a cheap fix as opposed to going to the dealer.

When you peel off the part that makes it so you can then stick the pad to whatever you need. Wasn’t that good, meaning you couldn’t get it completely off without damaging the pad so I can’t give it five stars. It didn’t happen with each pad, but it happened often enough that it was annoying. Other than that, the pads are great.

I bought these mainly to use on the bottom of my Stanley coffee stein, which is made of stainless steel, so when I stir my coffee it makes quite a racket! When I cut one of the mats to fit the bottom of my coffee stein, it somewhat mutes the noise (plus it doesn't scuff the furniture). They are fairly thick but not overwhelmingly so. I did not need to use any extra glue as the sticky part works just right! They are easy to use and cuts easily. The value for the cost was not too bad, as I am sure that I will use the others later on for other things. The size would be great for trivets.

I needed a foam that could isolate a painful spot on the side of my foot. This seemed to be the ideal solution but when I go to remove it, the foam falls apart hence the reduction from 5 stars to 3 starts. Note it is only 1/8" thick so you may need to use several layers for certain applications. Also, it is not a "dense" foam. If it is a one-time non-removable application, this might be perfect for you!
