The first used it the needle hit the foot & I couldn't get it to unjam.

Got this in one day, and the first stich was great. 2nd stich the bobbin kept bunching up. Nothing in the had book about it, and very frustrating. I sent off a note to the seller and the automated response said it would be 2 to 3 days to get back to me. Then, one you tube video and I figured out, it wasn't the machine, it was something I wasn't doing. You need to start your stich with the needle in the down position. After that little hiccup, i was off and running. (Y'all who sew are laughing at me I know, but I have only ever done stuff with a needle and thread, so this is all very new to me) This morning I got up, and the seller had gotten back with me, less than 24 hrs., that was wonderful to see.

Comes with everything you need to start sewing, including simple to follow instructions for setting up. It is helpful to have someone who has basic knowledge of a sewing machine and sewing. If not, definitely practice on some spare fabric so you get the hang of it first.

it isn't the best machine and the on/off switch kinda sucks but get past the cheap plastic and the switch this thing works great.it has already outperformed my 200-dollar singer that came out of the box junk. it is easy to use and i would buy another in a heartbeat. little machine with a big heart...great for the beginner trying to learn.

Everything else works fine for a $60 sewing machine. All-in-all it's not super beginner friendly but it's decent if you watch tutorials on YouTube and read the manual. That being said, the needle was misaligned for reverse stitching and bent the needle this machine came with.

I've previously purchased this sewing machine one other time and it still works great. Since my mom needed a sewing machine, I left my old one with her and bought another one on Amazon. However, although the machine I left with my mom works great, this one seemed to have manufacturing issues and almost seemed a little used. Either the qualities gone down since I last bought it or this is just a bad batch.

I really wanted to like this item. It's so cute and fit nicely on my desk; however, when I started to use it several things happened. First, it started sewing by itself before I pressed the foot pedal and then the thread got tangled. I tried it several times, but the machine starting on it's own told me that there was a wire crossed somewhere. I am returning it.

I like this sewing machine and I thought I would use it for a long time. I tried to run the machine after I thread it, but it kept breaking. I spend hours trying to get this machine to sew and unfortunately it did not provide the results I wanted to see.
