Nope
These were nice and moist, but way too bready. More like a moist thick loaf of bread. Like Undi's better.

Sturdy, not crumbly, not overtly dense
Fantastic texture and flavor. Held up to fixings. Did not fall apart at the mere presence of mayo, mustard tomatoes...things with moisture did not phase this bun. AND it was a decent size. Great for normal sized burgers...this was no slider sized bun like Katz or Schar both have. Until I can make something like this myself, these will be purchased again and again!

Terrible Product
A few years ago I bought this product with some regularly. At that time is was a good gluten free hamburger bun. This product has changed, and not for the better. The buns are now packaged in airtight packaging, which should be a good thing. However, whether it is the packaging, new ingredients, or some new manufacturing process, the buns are now tasteless, dense, doughy, and, seemingly, half-baked. I can honestly say that of the 1000+ meals I have eaten over the last year, I have only disposed of 1 due to poor quality - tonight's dinner, due entirely to this product.

Good overall.
A little crumbly and got a little soggy against the grilled portobello I put in them. Taste good, texture, other than above, ok.

This was a good product, soft and tasty.
The price was a bit high.

Too expensive
Tasted fine but way too expensive. After shipping cost they are well over $2 each. Not worth it.

better than most, but not terrific
The best thing about these buns is their size. For some CRAZY reason, GF hamburger buns are often teeny tiny things that are usually the size of a dinner roll and are too high (bunchy and not flat enough). These at least look like actual hamburger buns. They are super gummy and dense though:( I had a fantastic GF hamburger bun years ago at Legoland of all places which was far superior to any buns I can find for sale. These buns also held up MUCH better than other GF buns too. You can actually eat a hamburger with ketchup and the bun will not dissolve on you right away.
