Good value for money
From a trusted name in the world of cake decorating this is a nice set of basic colours. They are gel colours so highly concentrated- a little goes a long way and they will last a long time. I am making a lego themed cake this week and intend to use these colours then. I will update with pictures once the cake is completed.

Very vibrant
Recently used these when making macarons, both in the shells and in the filling. The colours turned out really vivid. Much more so than the regular liquid food colourings i'm used to.You don't have to use much with them being a concentrated gel, and has the added benefit of not really altering the liquid content in recipes.Very pleased with the colours produced, and happy with the selection of colours available too. Not a bad price for 6 of them. Quite a lot of gel in each tub. Should last me a while with how little you need to use.As someone who regularly bakes for people with coeliac disease, I'm also greatfull that they're gluten free!
