Great sauce
This review will be written in a somewhat odd format, using literary tropes. There are people who use hot sauce once in a while as a special seasoning that goes with things they like that seem most suited to accompany hot sauce. They aren't really familiar with anything other than popular store brands and what they see at fast food establishments. They would be considered, "NPCs" in the context of hot sauces, which is not necessarily a bad thing, because they still on some level recognize that seasoning is important. This sauce is too much for them because it would be like dropping them off of a cliff. There is no shame in that. Throwing people off of cliffs is not nice. People not leaping off of cliffs is just a matter of being sensible. There are people who enjoy hot sauce enough to understand the way spiciness interacts with food in order to alter and enhance flavors creates new profiles that would otherwise be impossible. They've tasted enough hot sauces in order to pick a definite favorite, and have preferences that they can fall back on when they're given a choice. They would be considered "side characters", which are able to participate in hot sauce world, but have not specifically chosen to go any farther than that. This is where I'm at. The rating system on the bottle reflects this perspective. This is on the very border that I'm capable of handling. I can taste the flavors deeper in the sauce, but I have to focus on them in order to not get overwhelmed by the spiciness. I can't use this like ketchup. This is my Yamcha threshold. The third category represents people who have written most of the reviews on this sauce on this website. The aficionados who go out of their way to find new hot sauces, taste them, and rate them. They're "main characters" in hot sauce RPG. They have a set of sauces they collect and to them, those reviews are accurate. They'll be able to enjoy those flavors without being distracted by survival. If you do not belong to this category or higher, *DO NOT APPLY THOSE REVIEWS TO YOUR OWN POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE*. This isn't a sauce that's "not as extreme as I thought it would be" if you are not a main character. This is not an "actually two out of five" and "pleasant flavor that isn't blocked out by heat" if you are not a main character. Repeat. Unless you collect hot sauces because you're not satisfied with regular ones and want a full personal set, these takes on this sauce do not apply to you. Go find a nice and tasty green chile sauce that rates 2 out of 5 cartoon peppers for casual use. Not 4. I don't say this to be mean. I say this because I believe people should be able to enjoy their food. There are people who enjoy contests of willpower and adversity (or through some process of their lifestyle, have become numbed to heightened risks) and people who do not and just want their tacos to taste good. If you are not a main character, just enjoy your food. Be content with your life as do others. The fourth category, "Lead Protagonist/Lead Rival", will probably not be satisfied by this sauce if it's not trying to kill them. They were born in the sauce, forged by it, and prefer their homegrown hell. They only want worthy challengers. This has a nice flavor, but it will not kidnap their loved ones and hold them for ransom. It was not created for that. It might give them some feelings of nostalgia when they defeated their first childhood rival who had this sauce. Anyway, I enjoyed it and will finish this bottle.

Tremendous flavor, very mild heat for ghost pepper
If you are looking for a hot sauce most people think is just stupid hot, this is not what you're looking for. The bottle shows 4/4 peppers for heat. i would actually classify it as 3/5 peppers. It simply is not on par, heat-wise, with most "ghost pepper" sauces. That said, the flavor is awesome. This is a good sauce for those wanting to get some heat and great flavor. I could dip my chips in this like salsa and be good but the flavor that way would likely be too much. poured into a hamburger or on a hot dog this stuff tastes amazing and has enough heat to let you know it's there without hurting you.

Amazing complex flavor with plenty of ghost pepper heat
My favorite hot sauce. A true balance of heat and flavor. Sure there are hotter sauces but most of them block out the flavor of the food with overpowering heat. While this sauce and it's complex flavors add to your food with a perfect amount of heat. Get the 2 pack because you will go through this cause so fast

Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce: A Fiery and Flavorful Delight
I recently tried Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce and I have to say, it's hands down one of the best hot sauces I've ever had! The blend of ghost peppers, habanero, garlic, and lime creates a complex and flavorful combination that truly blew me away. What I love most about this hot sauce is the perfect balance of heat and flavor. It definitely has a kick to it, but it's not so overpowering that you can't taste the other ingredients. Instead, the heat complements the other flavors and creates a truly unique and delicious taste experience. As someone who loves spicy food, I can confidently say that this hot sauce is not for the faint of heart. It definitely packs a punch, but if you're a fan of heat, you won't be disappointed! And even if you're not a big fan of spicy food, I would still recommend giving this hot sauce a try - you might just be surprised at how much you enjoy it. Overall, I would give Elijah's Xtreme Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce a solid five stars. It's a truly outstanding hot sauce that I will definitely be purchasing again and again. If you're a fan of hot sauce, you absolutely need to try this one!

Great Tasting Hot Sauce!
On my quest for the pefect hotsause and just got this one in today. My standards for hotsauces are as follows. Taste Great with full flavor No chemical smell or taste Consistency like wing sauce, not runny. Has to burn my face off. And you wouldn't belive how hard it has been to find something to meet those 4 things. Well this sauce does the first 3 so well I'll leave the forth one out of the equation. This is seriously one of the best tasting hot sauces Ive ever had, and don't take that lightly Ive had a LOT of hot sauces. I know for most people the heat will be enough for them so this is definitely getting 5 stars from me. Also the fact that a father and son put this out is so awesome I wish I could rate it 6 stars. I would say just for perspective buyers the heat is equivalent to like buffalo wild wings blazing sauce. The taste is much better but you can put the heat scale in your perspective per that. This is not a melt your face off type sauce, this is a "I like real hotsuace and I plan on putting it on everything" type sauce. Im weird, and I like to practically be crying, sweating, and going numb in my face while I eat my wings so now i just jave to wait till Elijah and his dad decide to put out a limited edition XXXtreme version which somehow has the same perfect taste (no extract chemical taste) and N^10 times the heat... than finally I will have an answer to my hotsause quest. Long story short, great sauce, great price, worth the buy, and it will be continued in my selective collection.

You've Been Warned
This is a great sauce, but it's just not for me personally. It is HOT. And let me give you some perspective: I spent 4 years in a combat aviation unit the Army. I was always the one with the hottest sauce on my wings, with men who got shot at for a living telling me "you're crazy!" as I ate them with my nose running. I'm the one that orders the hottest sauce on the buffalo wings/wrap/sandwich/pizza and when they ask "umm, have you TRIED that sauce before? Would you like to taste it first?" I laugh and tell them I'm sure I'll be alright. If I don't break a sweat when I go out for Mexican, then their sauce must have been sub par. I enjoy both fresh and jarred jalapenos as a side dish. I hope I'm making myself clear. This sauce is HOT. Like, miserably hot. I've tried it multiple times after shaking it, chilling it, giving myself time to recover, thinking maybe it was just my physiology on that particular day. I've even tried just the teeniest tiniest drop or "smidge" on each bite of my food. No. It leaves my tongue on fire for the next several minutes, with no hope of relief. The only way I could ever enjoy this sauce is if something catastrophic were to happen to my sense of smell and taste and I needed a ton of extra heat just to even perceive it. That being said, it's a great consistency (slightly runnier than ketchup), and the ingredients are legit and "real words"--no chemicals or artificial ingredients.

Not for the dicerning heat aficionado (but VERY tasty)
I got a wild hair up my bum and was craving EVIL chili. I mean PAINFUL. I like spicy but generally I like to enjoy my food comfortably. But every few moons I crave PAIN. Well, I had had Da Bomb and knew that was where my passions lie but due to all the press it got on Hot Ones it's price went up 250% from my last pain craving. So, I went about hunting down a new sauce. I stumbled across Elijah's. It boasts Bhut Jolokia and Habaneros but the garlic and lime in the glamour photo are what enticed me (heat without flavor is just self-flagellation) and the price was right. It finally came in and of course I tasted it. Little dab on a toothpick... tingly tongue and itchy throat after I swallowed. Scraped a gob onto the toothpick... little more heat but still... Whole gob on the tip of my finger... More heat (VERY smokey and delicious, better than Da Bomb) but nowhere NEAR what I ordered it for. My final summation is this: I'm sure it has enough Ghost Pepper to satisfy the government requirements putting them on their label. It IS a very tasty sauce. It is! Delicious! And it IS hot. But this is a sauce meant more for the casual crowd who wanted to "take a walk on the wild side". For scoville freaks: find something else. Please don't get me wrong though! This sauce IS tasty and hot and I may keep it around for my eggs and such!

Buenas salsas
Buenas salsas, saben muy parecido a salsa tabasco pero un tanto mรกs complejas y con mejor sabor.

Spice level
Not spicy as mentioned, despite claiming 450k shu, I have found sauces with 50k-75k to be spicier than this.
