Great buy
I like this foam roller for my upper thighs, inner thighs and hamstrings. Which are always tight. I use it every morning. It is easy to store and portable.

Got me through half marathon training
I have been training for my half marathon and I couldn’t have done it without this! It works exactly as advertised and is easy to use. Great quality and customer service. Highly recommend!

Not for Me
I have used an extra firm foam roller for several years, but was looking for one that put less pressure on my spine. This one is contoured with a groove cutout for your vertebrae, but I found it super hard and uncomfortable. Also, it is short and awkward to reposition while you are lying on it. They do sell a medium firm model that is the same length.

Product is really hard and is painful to roll on even if you have no back problems. We never used it.

Firm and provides relief for pain if you use it correctly. Also good for stretching the lower back.

Just another foam roller and oddly shaped. It actually caused more pain. I returned it.
