This power supply was ordered as a backup to the original one. It has the same voltage and amperage (19v/2.37amp) as the new one. It doesn’t get hot like other reviews have stated and the tip that goes into the R11 chromebook clicks in just like the original. The only difference I noticed was that the original power supply has a grounded (3 prong) plug and the aftermarket doesn’t. But if you think about it, this is only grounded from the wall to the small box (inverter). Form the small power brick to the notebook plug is only two cables (+,-) and not 3. But other than that, is the color, the original is white and this one is black, both are made in China. Same thing.

What more can I add? It is a charger for the R11 chromebook.

All I care about it fits my Acer Chromebook R 11 and reading the other cheaper version reviews. I feel confident this will last for awhile. its worth the extra price.

I bought this charger to replace the manufacturers one my son had received with his Chromebook from school. At first I didn’t have high hopes b/c the part that connects to the computer seemed a little loose but it doesn’t come out when charging and charges pretty quickly. Since I’ll be handing this one over to the school to replace the one he lost I’m glad it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg like the $45 one they suggested I buy. Definitely a great replacement charger.

Cord assembly was a perfect match for chromebook.

Every damn charger and connector for electrical devices seem to be custom or proprietary these days and so it becomes critical for companies that sell such things to correctly portray their items and include all the necessary details about voltage and wattage and type and size of connectors. The information for this item was specific, clear, and ultimately correct, and the company was able to ship the item promptly as promised.So far the charger works. I can't really attest to its durability yet, because Ive only had it for a week.

Very disappointed in the product and Amazon too! The charger only worked until I couldn't return it at all. The plug never really was secure and eventually crapped out. Horrible!

I originally purchased one from this company about 2 years ago due to my own fault. The the replacement stopped working about a month ago which in my opinion is not good longevity but I'm not really complaining. Then I ordered a new one to replace that and my dog decided it was a chew toy💀😂😑🤷‍♀️❤🐶 so now I am reorderimg another 1 besides that the recent 1 that I received before my dog chewed on it was better quality than the 1st exteriorly. Interior durableability we shall see.

My chrome book died and was not sure why. Took a chance and purchased the charger and happy my chrome book is now fully functional. Thumbs up 👍

Bought for Acer chromebook. It is very loose. For the money paid, it will serve its purpose for now. I still need to find a different charger
