Philips Compact Pasta and Noodle Maker with 3 Interchangeable Pasta Shape Plates - Red - HR2372/05

So simple to use even my preteen child got i right first time. Owned it less then a month and used it 12 times. All 3 plates work great. Home made soups, spaghetti and salads came out great. It does get too warm if you make more then 3 double batches(then let it rest for 25 minutes to cool down) in a row but since it is not a commercial unit what can you expect. Finally getting to the point of experimenting with different recipes and I haven't found one that comes out bad. Easy to clean and store. Will keep this one and think of getting another for times I need to cook for more people.

This is the absolute best pasta maker. I will never need to buy dried pasta again. Easy to use add flour, egg, water and the pasta comes out. I have made fresh sphaghetti, and also used the ziti maker to cut short length to make Mac and cheese pasta. After researching a lot from options such as kitchen aid mixer pasta attachment to the Phillips larger version of the pasta maker I decided to try this out because of size (takes up less space) and price. This is all in one verses the kitchen aid attachment would require the dough to be made separately and then put through the pasta cutter. I also do have a manual hand crank pasta maker which requires too much work to first get the kitchen aid to make the dough then hand crank. This also have other extra attachment that you can make angel hair pasta, tagliatelle, and even lasagna. I purchased all the attachments. Best part of all this is easy to clean and reassemble together. This is one if the best investment for my kids who are picky eaters but love the taste of fresh pasta.

Very convenient and quick. It can be challenging for the pasta to pass through the die cutter.when the process works properly, there's nothing like fresh pasta!

We Always wanted a pasta machine. The ones with the crank we’re just too much work. This machine is fantastic. The only drawback would be it is a little hard to clean but if you spend time doing it it’s well worth it. We have made many types of pasta already and we’ve only Owned it for less than a month. A very good choice.

I loved everything about the product. It was easy to use and clean up, the pasta was delicious and I know I can have fresh pasta in less than 20 minutes whenever I want. We almost always have eggs and flour on hand so it is easy to do on a whim. We just love it,,

I was intimidated at first to be honest. I put my ingredients together and whisked well (dry in one bowl wet in another) and admired this beautiful pasta maker but wondered if this thing was really going to work. The machine is solid..put together very well with durable attachments and to be completely fair nearly as solid as a kitchen mixer or processor etc. if not surpassing. I finally mustered up the courage and placed my ingredients (dry) in the machine and then slowly added the wet ingredients. In about 2 to 3 minutes I had pasta coming out. It takes awhile to go through all the dough but made pasta with about 95% of dough with about 5% remaining in the tank. The dough can get a little dry while mixing which may impede the pasta from coming out (I did read this in other reviews and wondered if it would happen to me-and it did) but all I did was add literally about 3 to 4 drops of water each time and the dough would start coming out again (apparently this softened it up enough). The attachments are easy to remove, clean and put back into place without any questions or troubles. I can even make KETO pasta beautifully tasting so good you can hardly tell the difference. I worked on a recipe several times in this machine to get my desired taste and consistency finally achieving the best keto pasta recipe EVER for the Philips Pasta Maker. BOTTOM LINE: YOU WILL LOVE THIS PASTA MAKER! Happy Pasta making everyone :-)

Got this in later April, stopped in earlier June, when it was working, it played it role and I was happy. But I didn't realize it's such a short life of 1.5m. Also when received, it was missing measuring cup. Called their warranty, it doesn't help.

The top is only secured by the rotating component so I had to secure it by tying or wrapping tape around the neck of the main machine because otherwise the noodles come out way too soft and watery. Other than that, everything works great!
