How long is the cord?

We think about 12 inches; however, we've gone on long trips on a single charge. The charge lasts a long time, and we like this toothbrush.

Where can I get replacement heads?

Right now you can buy a new set for $12 and get 8 new brush heads in the bargain. And don't be afraid to use them for more than 3 months. :)

The toothbrush was sticky from the bottom. Twice I ordered and it was sticky. Anyone had this problem?

I did not have that problem at all. I did have to return my first one because it would not turn on when charged. My second one has been perfect and I've used it twice a day for a month now.

does the whole brush vibrate or just the brush head? Looks like it's all 1 piece

You can a slight vibration in the whole brush, but the “main” vibration is, of course, in the brush’s head. It’s a nice looking stylish device.
