Healing salve
This product is definitely a salve, not a cream or other type of typical beauty product. I actually really like it, as it reminds me of a healing salve that I used to buy, years ago, that was discontinued. I used that salve for everything that I might use an antibiotic ointment for, and it worked wonderfully. This product smells just like it; and I’m guessing that it will have very similar properties. The biggest difference is in the price, which is pretty substantial. The comfrey root salve I used to buy was about a quarter of the price, with twice the amount of product. I’m not sure if this will prove to be worth the extra cost, but at any rate, I’m glad to have it.If you’re thinking of purchasing it, just be aware that this product isn’t going to just sink into skin the way that a cream or lotion would.

A barrier cream as much as it repairs.
I chose this to heal the dry and scaly patches I get on my skin, and to soften my heels. This balm locks in moisture and creates a thick layer over the area to prevent moisture from escaping the skin and to help it heal.I've used this on freshly peeled scabs where the skin tends to get dry with excellent results, and it keeps the itch down and plumps the skin while healing and protecting the area.I feel that this would be a good item to use during winter for the facial windburn and chapped skin from gloves that I'm prone to, and it's great to use on my hands at night if they've become cracked from dishwater or rough yard work.Dermelect Savior Skin All-In-One Repair Balm Hydrating, Soothing All Purpose Rescue Salve for Dryness, Cracked Skin, Beauty Hacks 2 oz.

Another Vaseline but expensive
This balm says that it is multipurpose for all cuts and dry skin. It does a great job of hydrating the skin. It is extremely thick and greasy. It is like another Vaseline Petroleum jelly but with a bad smell. The oils in the balm seem to be giving out that odor. The balm is not for those with oily skin. I would not recommend putting it on the face (although it says that it is for the face too) because of the time it takes to absorb into the skin. The only reason I gave it one star is because of its price -- as it has the same properties as Vaseline for which I pay $6-7; I would not pay such an exorbitant price for this product.

All-in-One Balm
Imagine charging $42 for a tube of balm & not listing its ingredients? This put me off right away. For those of you wondering, the back of the item's box lists KEY INGREDIENTS: Primrose Oil, Abyssinian Oil & Rose Flower Oil.The side of the box reveals all its ingredients (see accompanying photo). Interestingly enough, the side panel does NOT list rose flower oil. Besides the previously touted primrose & Abyssinian oil, the other listed ingredients include castor oil & radish seed extract as well as candelilla wax.The balm resembles a thick Vaseline. It has a slight herbal fragrance with a waxy hint to it. Easily absorbed by my dry skin & cuticles, a small amount went further than I'd expected. Still, at this price point I don't anticipate ordering again.

it's suitable for everyone. Especially for lazy people like me.
This is an all-in-one repairing balm for skin rescue. As it says, it works on the skin like the ultimate multitasker. It soothes, hydrates, nourishes dry and cracked skin and more.Restorative balms are suitable for almost all skin types and all climates. The advantage is that it is an all-in-one balm for skin repair. It's simple and easy to use and since it suits most skin needs, it's suitable for everyone. Especially for lazy people like me.The disadvantage is that it may be replaced by similar products at a lower price.Well, I would like to give you a little suggestion. Although it has almost all effects on the skin, there are many similar balms or creams on the market, and the price is low.I would recommend it because it's an all-in-one product for the skin and is easy to use, but you're better off buying the one that meets your needs.

Dermelect Savior Skin All-In-One Repair Balm
(This review is Dermelect Savior Skin All-In-One Repair Balm)I did not care for this at all. To me it feels and smells like Vaseline. I used a tiny bit on my heels, elbows and cuticles and my skin remained sticky and tacky. I finally washed it off.I would not order again.

Very nice balm that actually works.
This skin repair balm has a consistency that is similar to Vaseline or Aquafor. It does go on quite greasy, but absorbs fairly quickly. There is no scent.I've been using this daily for a week, on a couple of very dry patches of skin on the backs of my hands. I apply it just to these spots after showering, when my skin is the most moist, and it has made a difference. These dry spots are getting smaller and much less noticeable. This repair balm has definitely worked for me.

elbows and heel balm
I have been using this on my heels and elbows at night. It's thick and rich but I don't like the smell and the way it doesn't want to dry but remains sticky. So it sticks to my sheets and the next day is still sticking to my floors. It is moisturizing for sure, but I thought it would absorb into my skin somewhat.
