The shoe organizer is exactly what was looking for and fit all my daughters shoes great. The only complaint is the hooks did not stay in position over the door so I could close it. Had to get different hooks to be able make it work.

Really small spots for shoes, had a hard time ...
Really small spots for shoes, had a hard time fitting most of my shoes in the holders. The hooks at the top were chipping my door and door hinge because the shoe rack was to heavy for the hooks and that was with only a few shoes in the organizer.
