I just got it today. Assembly was a breeze. If there was an instruction manual in the box, I never saw it. To get the wheels in the right socket, just match LB to L b an RB to RB. The front wheel's a little trickier because it's a little difficult to align the holes in the wheel assembly with the hole in the frame. I used a Allen wrench to get everything lined up before attempting to put in the screw. I think that writing this paragraph took loner than the time to assemble it.Fit and finish are excellent. The paint has a subtle glow to it and the frame is sturdy. The brakes are fine and the handles have a rest for back of my thumb. I bought it because I wanted a rollator that would work for my height. This rollator claims a very good range of heights. One of the thoughtful design decisions is that they included excellent clips for the brake cable.My apartments has a lot of narrow hallway, requiring sharp turns, a challenge with my 4-wheel rollator. The big wheels make lite work of saddles and rugs. So this device meets my needs for indoor mobility.Four wheels are more stable than three, so if balance is an issue, think twice. But if you're in the market for a three-wheel rollator, this one's worth a look.

I have only used in the house as trial. I have not gone anywhere yet to use. I think it will help a lot when I need to walk distances. Bad knees. Surgery not an option.

Solid low profile easy to handle only weights 11 lbs great customer service. First one was canceled on Dec. 26 and company says running late etc. it is not running anything they just can’t remove it from order column.

In the adds it says 40” high BUT IT IS ONLY 38.8” high as specified in the walkers manual.SO. The information on the Amazon add is FALSE!!!! The quality is better than my Cartex 3 wheel walker. That’s why I gave it 3 stars but their info. On the Amazon site is false

Not useful for people without good balance it's very wobbly and easy to tip over

I bought this for mother to take on a cruise ship and it worked very well, it is light and a little narrower for the tight quarters on a ship.
