Good But Not So Good
Just purchased the 3D Fan LED Z5 model. LOVE IT!! The only challenge so far is I’m unable to get support to help locate the initial introduction holograms. Prior to fully setting up everything including app there was a beautiful hologram introduction that included a count down from ten, a swimming fish, swimming whales, and walking horse. That hologram introduction resulted in my neighbor and daughter purchasing the same model. After fully setting up everything the initial beautiful introduction hologram seems to be lost. Where’s the customer help support?

Be ready for the wrong plug
It is ok not as sharp as I thought and disappointment as I didn’t get the right power plug and had to go get a unaversle plug to use it.
