Set me wrong filters second time in a row
The second time I've ordered this, specified the model of my germguardian and they keep sending me the wrong filterReplacements they don't look anything like the picture and they won't fit inside the back of my air filter so frustrating will be returning tomorrow

Cannot get correct filters for this machine
This is the 2nd time I have ordered filters for this machine. They are always too big. The numbers are correct that I am using to order from. Cannot figure what is wrong. I have two of these germ guardian machines and one is smaller than the other one. I got them from Amazon at the same time. I will need to send these filters back as I kept the other one as a spare set. I am at a loss as to what to do since my machine light is flashing an do not want to run and damage it. Thanks for any help you can give.

Works but not as good as an OEM filter replacement filter set.
These will work but they are just slightly too thick. They need to be compressed by the filter cover to the point that is very tight. The charcoal filter is not attached to the main filter very well. The charcoal filter is also not as fine grain as the OEM filter and feels flimsy by comparison.
