They DO NOT stand behind their products
2 year old water heater starts giving me F5 errors. Local tech couldn't diagnose unit because of the tiny connections and nowhere to check resistance for temp sensors. You have to have their proprietary plug and training to diagnose. No one in this area will do the work. I called them directly and they just got belligerent over the phone. $3,800 water heater, and now it's just a $500 electric water heater. DO NOT BUY
