Really helpful resource for understanding ADHD in women
I found this book easy to read, with many light bulb moments. The text is nicely spaced - double lines - which makes it easy to read (initially odd but soon saw benefits). The author Rachel Wright knows the subject well which comes across in the text like a walk through life with ADHD. Also helps make sense of "quirks", battles, confusion, frustration, overthinking etc for family members. I feel enlightened and a weight lifted. Thank you!

Someone thought about this book text Thankyou ❤️
This book has been so insightful and useful… as someone who was diagnosed with dyslexia when I was 16 (i am now 47) I have now come to realise I also think I have ADHD… I am now writing all my signs and symptoms to take them to the doctor so I can get a diagnosis of a specialist whoop whoop …. But As a dyslexic I found this book so easy to read… short paragraphs…. The use of bold text….. and the fact it has large gaps between lines is a dream I wish all books would like this, I would be more likely to read books if they where as I struggle with that ….well done for thinking about it ❤️ I didn’t feel overwhelmed about reading it ❤️

Confusing
This book is so far informative, but I have issues. There is a mix of styles and some contradictory information. This reads like an essay that has been copied and pasted from various sources. The author seems to have no distinct style or standpoint and it is incredibly jarring. Not an enjoyable read but I will continue to wade through the poor prose to try to find the useful information.
