I had an old faucet that was crusting up due to how hard the water is here, and the pull down sprayer was basically inoperable. After searching around, this was a pretty close match to my existing faucet feature-wise and wasnt a wallet-hurting $200+ unit.Install was easy for me and I appreciated the screws for the countertop clamping bracket instead of an oversized nut that is really hard to tighten. I know some people probably like it, but the included hoses were a bit long for my situation.

The media could not be loaded.  Has a very nice brush nickel, steel look to it. Easy to install, my husband was able to figure it out just by looking underneath our sink and with the diagram instructions that this came with; but how easy or hard depends on the person, I guess. A lot nicer than the typical sprayer hose that comes with the sink faucet. FYI, this does NOT come with the plate cover, the diagrams on the instructions can be confusing, leading you to think you're missing the plate cover (that's what I had originally thought too) -- I have the 3-hole faucet sink counter, with an additional fourth hole for the sprayer hose. You can either buy an escutcheon plate cover and one hole cover, or you can buy 3 hole covers. For us, we bought 2 hole covers and a soap dispenser for where the sprayer hose used to be.

The hose pulls out very far so I can fill up my mop buckets on the floor. It easily transitions from spray to just a solid stream. The spray makesThe soap bubble up better. I absolutely loveThe temp display because I know precisely how hot the water can be and not put my hands under it! My water gets super hot so this is awesome!

I loved the fact that my plumber installed it in approximately 30-minutes. The flexibility and height of the faucet makes kitchen cleanup a snap. Additionally, the water temperature gauge on the faucet lets me know when I have hot water and its temperature.Now… if it only washed all the food-caked pots & pans, while loading the dishes, glasses & silverware in the dishwasher, life would be perfect!

The hoses from the faucet cannot be connected to EU-type water connectors. The hose socket is about 1mm smaller.

Do not buy. Leaking after one month.

It’s simple, understated, and exactly the kind of low key opulence I was going for in my kitchen upgrade.I’m replacing the hardware throughout my home and I had a feeling that this faucet would be a great addition to the space. I wasn’t disappointed.The instructions are straightforward.
