Yes it comes with everything in the picture. It’s actually the best wig I’ve found.

Is it easy to install the beads?

It took about 5-10 minutes and it can be a little tricky to get them to look the way you want, but it wasn't hard

Could you adjust this to fit a child?

It's a big wig, and it does have a strap on the inside. So you might be able to, but it might be a good idea to have some safety pins with you just in case it doesn't fit
