Better than expected.
For the price I expected minimal to no germination but gave it a shot.No instructions provided whatsoever. For best results you should google the proper scarification and stratification process for each type of tree as they should not all be grown the same. About half of my seeds only needed a 24 hour soak to germinate while the other half need a few weeks of stratification in the fridge, and still others require a harsh scarification process such as soaking in near-boiling water to crack the tough outer shell. Beyond the lack of instructions and a ton of of your own research needed I am impressed by the seeds. So far its been only two weeks since I started the germination process so I was not expecting any results yet. However all 6/6 Wisteria have germinated and are growing well. Some Bauhinia have germinated earlier than expected. No other germination noted, but it is still to early to call it quits. There was an issue I had with this product and another both coming with Dawn Redwood seeds. However both seeds looked entirely different. After doing some research I found that this product had the correct seed labeling while the other product from a different seller was incorrect.

Not a single sprout
I have yet to have a single seed from this order germinate. I have done the freezer trick to make the seed go into hibernation then soak it in water for 24 hours then put it in dirt. I have used every single wisteria not 1 sprout. I have done 20 japanese Maple and atleast 6 other tree types. Not a single sprout. I bought a bonsai starter kit with a single tree and I went through the process as explained and out of 7 seeds from that other order I got 5 sprouts. Something has to be wrong with these seeds. It's almost like they are to old. At this rate I doubt I will get a single spout out of all the seeds. So far it has been a complete waiste of money. I have invested alot of money into these bonsai's. As we can all see the bonsai soil plus lava rocks and planters are not cheap. To have the single most important part not work is a little frustrating. My personal opinion. I wouldn't waiste your money or time into this seed kit. It takes alot of time just to find out you are back to square 1 if non of the seeds actually sprout. But to have so many seeds i have already tried and not a single one do anything, should say something. especially when I can go with a different seller and I have a 5/7 success rate. I would highly doubt I'm the one to blame. This is not my first rodeo when it comes to germinating from seeds. The image you see is of the Wisteria and the Japanese Maple more then 4 weeks later. No sprouts. I also have maintained a temp between 65 and 70 degrees and I have a humidifier to help with moisture in the air with plenty of indoor growing lights on a consistent timed cycle. So I have created pretty much a perfect environment for germination. I have other plants that are even more advanced tropical plants that have germinate in the same exact environment. UPDATE: I still have not gotten a single seed to sprout from the wholenpackage that was sent. I even have set them on a grow mat to control the temp covers and humidifiers to control the environment. I have made the conditions 100% perfect and not a single seed in the kitchen. 100% a total waiste of money. Buyer beware.

Good assortment
Bauhinia and royal poinciana has sprouted beautifully. No luck with the Siberian elm. Still waiting on the other seeds to finish stratification before I can sow them. Really with the elms would have came up. I was looking forward to them that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Other than that packaged and labeled well. Just do your research on plant types before sowing to find out individual needs of the plant types.

Excellent seed quality
I've been looking for a good seed distributor where I could get good quality seeds that are viable. I've tried many different bonsai kits and after some research found many don't sell viable seeds, don't have best by dates on the seeds and more. After getting this packet I had no expectations but more than 80% of each seed packet has been viable. I had pots for many attempts but didn't realize how many I would need. Thank you for such a great service with excellent quality seeds.

Bonsai Tree Seads
I bought these Bonsai Tree Seads and I followed the instructions on them and nothing is growing. It has been about 2 Months now.I am not sure if I got a bad batch of seads or what.According to a book that I have with instructions on how to grow Bonsai Trees, it says that you are supposed to soak the seads in Water for about 24 Hours until they swell up which is what I did.It also says that Good seads will sink to the bottom of the Water. Bad seads will stay floating. Most of these seads were floating, even within the 24 Hour period. It even says it on the back of the seads packages.I planted them according to the instructions. I followed the instructions. That was 2 Months ago and still nothing is growing.I am a person who has grown other plants before that have grown. So far none of these Bonsai Tree Seads are growing. It has been 2 months now
