Well made & fun for the price, but a little finicky.
It's very well made *for the price*. So, you get more car for a Jackson than you'd expect - fast & relatively durable - but it's also a bit cheap/finicky. You have to unscrew to recharge - no port. The gearing for steering sometimes slips if you hit the wall - maybe keeps it from breaking - anyway, then you have to jam it back with a mini screwdriver which isn't obvious. Also rear heavy so when I race my son & his Air Hogs Batmobile (which is awesome & more kid friendly than this) I actually race my "Goblinmobile" backwards in order to avoid drifting. On the other hand, if you are a parquet skidmaster you will probably be happy that it spins out easy and drifts easy. Perfectly fine in the service of basketball court race-track or indoors smash-up derby.
