Has worked consistently for about two years now. I use it for anxiety and panic attacks. Chose powder over tablets or capsules because I’m a hypochondriac and a control freak so using the powder allowed me to start off with small amounts and work up to what worked for me. It mixes much better in warm water than cold and I always add vitamin c powder for taste. I used to just take it whenever I had a panic attack, it would take 30-45 minutes to calm me down so it worked a treat. But then I thought maybe if I took it every day I wouldn’t have panic attacks at all. Well, they haven’t gone completely but they’re 90% better than they were so still very much a winner in my book. I’ve also had less migraines and less palpitations. If you’re a worrier or you have a paranoid crazy brain like mine, start small and just increase the amount that sits right with your comfort zone and work up till you feel better. It’s definitely worth a try, I carry some everywhere with me now

I take it just before bed. You can take it in some cordial or just in water

The unflavored kind is SO much more tolerable than any of the flavored ones we tried. I get leg cramps at night and nothing helped right away ( I tried heat, I tried massage, I ate bananas, pickles, you name it ), and if you’ve ever experienced leg cramps or a Charlie horse you know you need immediate results. This product delivers. I get up and mix about a tsp of this into a little hot water and mix until it dissolves a bit then add cold water to make it drinkable ( a half cup or so will do ). I guzzle it down and by the time I make my way back to bed the leg cramps have subsided. I’d lose so much sleep if it weren’t for this product! ( of course if I’d pay more attention to staying hydrated during the day and ate more magnesium rich foods I might avoid the problem in the 1st place but, ya know how that goes ). Btw, you may have read that too much citrate gives you loose stools ( maybe it does, if you take too much ). While that may be true for some, I personally have never had a problem with this product as far as that goes.
