The first cart arrived with a broken seat. We bought it early for a birthday present. So by time it was opened we were past the return period. We reached out to company and they sent an entire new cart at no cost. The car itself is sturdy, easy to assemble and great fun for our 7 year old. Was a great deal and would do business with this company again.
