TAMASHII NATIONS - Monster Hunter Rise - Mizutsune, Bandai Spirits S.H.MonsterArts Action Figure

I love action figures and fantasy animals. This is much more expressive than those static dragons you get from big box stores, and with the added accessories, you can easily create scenes with it.It's more posable than any figure I have, but as it's only about a foot long it has a lot of small, delicate joints. I had to glue the first neck fin back on since it fell off easily, and the rear right leg came off at the hip. Sanding the pieces a little helped loosen them and fix the issue. Overall, I like it a lot!EDIT: I have since bought more figures from the S.H. Monsterarts lineup, and overall the quality is good. I have had a few loose parts, a foot here, a fin there, but I haven't gotten a completely defective product yet (though I hear that can happen). Most of them have come in perfectly good condition, and any parts that were loosened in shipping were usually easily reattached like snapping building blocks together.I would like to drop a warning here that a lot of these figures have very sharp points (claws, scales, etc.) and are not a good choice if buying for little kids, who could hurt themselves if they're careless. They're also less durable than toys made for younger consumers as they have a lot more movable parts that can be removed/ replaced for display options. Some of these parts are also small and could be lost or eaten if not carefully stored. Definitely more a display piece than a toy. But a lot of fun to pose and create action scenes with.

The colors and details on this figure are breathtaking! Like a lot of Monsterarts figures, you can slightly move the side scales, back fins, and crest with more movement for the limbs and head. It comes with a nice bubble base that he can sit on. There's also a bubble breath attack you can put in his mouth with a stand support to keep it upright, but the instructions mention the mouth details are fragile. I also couldn't seem to get the stand support to fit just right so I opted to not risk damaging it and ignored the bubble breath.

I got this for my granddaughter. She loves it!

This figure was broken when I opened it. One of the legs was out of the socket, then an arm fell off. Again, the plastic is impossible to work with, so it really can’t be fixed without damaging the figure.This is the SECOND time I receive a defective figure from this seller, and their support center is impossible to reach. I’m avoiding this seller from now on.Now I have to wait for TWO refunds from Amazon for this same figure…

Ita a really well made model. Only critique is that its a bot fragile but other than that its a great model for diaplay.

Love the Mizutsune, so I was excited to finally get my hands on this SH Monster art figure! But once I opened the I realized how extremely fragile it is. The neck and left hind leg didn’t want to connect. I feel like mines was a defect, since the neck wasn’t able to connect with all the neck plates. I had to remove the last 2 neck plates so it can connect. I feel like it’s missing one stud. The left hind leg just didn’t want to connect that first. While the whole time I was worried that it was going to break. The SH Monster art looks amazing, perfectly captures my favorite monster however buyer beware its fragile!!! As for my experience it might be because mine was a defect.

Great figure. No complaints at all

Mizutsune is one of my favorite monsters and I was hyper when I saw this statueThe detail is amazing and the statue is stunning. However I have an issue where the joint to connect the front body to the back body won't connect, and I have no clue how to make them connect, so I have a parted Mizutsune on my desk now.. if anyone knows how I can fix it, It would be greatly appreciated since I want him to be whole.But all in all I love this statue and its right up the alley <3
