Great price. Great for my (amateur) needs.
I bought these based on reviews here and measurements provided in the Q&A above. They fit perfectly in my round Open Country Adventure Campware dehydrator. There is a little space around the outside and inside edges to allow for airflow. I also like that there is enough of a lift on the edges to contain the puree. I am not an experienced food dehydrator. We were given our machine by a friend and tried some sliced apples last fall that turned out well. We just made pear fruit leather for the first time. We didn't spray the trays the first time, so we used a plastic scraper to help it release, but it came off fine, in large chunks that we wrapped in parchment paper. It was delicious! We just made up a second batch using peaches. We coated the trays with coconut oil this time before pouring on the puree. I rarely leave reviews, but these trays were perfect for what I wanted to do and a good price. They clean up very easily. They are thin enough that I will be able to just store them stacked inside the dehydrator. (I just ordered another set!) 5 cups peeled, chopped pears 4-6 Tbs sugar, to taste 2 Tbs lemon juice 1/4 tsp cinnamon, to taste Blend up until smooth in a blender. Pour on trays. Dehydrate for 10-12 hours at 145 degrees or until "dry" but soft - no longer wet/sticky. We did peaches with nutmeg (same proportions). Yum!

Now I can make my own fruit roll ups!
You can't find no sugar added fruit roll ups in the store. Now I can make my own. 4 tubs of no sugar added applesauce (which come in several flavors, like mixed berry and blueberry) will fill one of these trays. Glad I found these. Only 2 in the pack, so I may buy a second set.

May need reshaping
I purchased these for an old K-Tel dehydrator to make dehydrated eggs. They fit inside the dehydrator trays with plenty of room for air circulation around them. However, the plastic was warped when they arrived and would not sit flush on the dehydrator trays. I could not put blended eggs evenly on the plastic. To correct this, I put each Fruit Leather tray on some parchment paper in the oven, set at 200 degrees, for 10 minutes. After the plastic was softened, I placed each Fruit Leather tray on a dehydrator tray weighted down (I used ceramic coffee mugs; you could use soda cans or whatever you have on hand to force the plastic to have even contact with the dehydrator tray). After the plastic cooled I could use them to hold liquid. They work perfectly now and I highly recommend them for dehydrating any liquid, semi-liquid or powder. To make dehydrated eggs, blend 3 organic fresh eggs until frothy (about 3 minutes). Pour on Fruit Leather Trays and dehydrate until the egg resembles peanut brittle (about 16 hours at 135 degrees, alternating trays every 4 - 6 hours). Blend the dried eggs until they are powdered. Place powder back in the dehydrator on a Fruit Leather tray and dry for another 2 hours. Blend again, if needed, to get the consistency you want. Powdered eggs can be stored in a sealed jar or in a vacuum sealed bag. To use, 1 tbsp egg powder + 2 tbsp water, mix and let sit for 10 minutes. Great for baking. Not so terrific for scrabbling, but in a pinch will do.

Fit perfectly on my Salton dehydrator
Came on time and makes it easier to make fruit roll ups faster than one tray at a time (the dehydrator only comes with one)

If the fruit layer is thick, the tray is easy to clean. When you have a thin layer, youโll need the help of some kind of scraper. Maybe the lip could be a bit higher so the fruit doesnโt run over when pouring. Overall, the trays are good. I only ordered 2 but maybe I should add to that. The drying takes many hours, so it would be more worth it if I had more trays going, as I would be consuming the same amount of electricity anyway.

Exact same as the one that came with my machine. Fits perfectly in the salton vita pro. Pasta sauce stains them but great product. Use these for preparing dehydrated applesauce and pasta sauce for camping trips. Applesauce is great dry or rehydrates.

These work but are a bit smidge too big. Can not set inside dehyrator trays without so balancing work on the tabs close to outer edge. Lol but still great and have done well for liquid and fruits dehydrating.

The trays made all the difference for my fruit leather making. They are sturdy to hold the sauce but also flexible when removing the fruit leather once complete. Easy to clean and store.

Always great to have some extra trays that fit my machine.
