The 32 gb Drive was easy to use for my iPhone 7. I plugged it in and it redirected me to the App Store to download the app. It was easy to select the videos or pics to be transferred to the Drive. I especially like how it allows you to rename each video or pic. It also allows you to create folders on the Drive, which can later be transferred to your pc.

This is a really handy and useful device to store and access data from your iPhone on the go. My only con is that there is no “closed” configuration- as in either the lightning connector or the usb connector is always sticking out. That makes me nervous when I think about tossing it into my purse or bag where it might get jangled around with who knows what else and end up damaged. Also, the lightning connector is a bit chunky at the base and I have to tug my case off to plug it in.All in all, I appreciate the extra storage and easy to use app, while the physical design has a few minor annoyances.

Works great with iPad. But would not fit my iPhone 8+ with the case on. Anyone have suggestions! Don’t want to have to take the case on and off every time I want to take pictures and have them directly loaded to drive.

Handy while it lasted! Purchased a year ago. And now the app is no longer available .. therefore, I can't download my pics onto the USB port.Total rip off!

Works very nice. You need to download their app on your phone or iPad. Once you download the app you can plug in and enjoy the thumb drive

I had to have this item, however I have not used it yet. My friend liked mine and ordered himself one.

Not sure how to use it since it literally came with no directions at all. I had several "techy" people attempt to use it but it wasn't clear what to do. I saw in the reviews about a app to download, I did that, but once again I didn't feel it was explanatory. I still haven't been able to download anything. Disappointed.

The app is no longer available on the App Store, do not waste your money. I paid I believe it was $40 last year and uploaded so many photo that I had wanted to keep in my safe for memories but I guess not.
