Hands-down, the best slingshot for the money under $20.
This thing is super accurate. The only thing I don’t like is with my anchor point at the corner of my mouth I probably hit a good half a foot high at 5 yards. After playing with it for 45 minutes, I learned that if I anchor right under my cheekbone and use where you tie the bands on if you were to tie them on for a reference point and float that fork with the cut out of where the band would go I can hit dead center at 5 yards and actually hit the exact same hole I made previously every time. I literally was hitting the same hole for five times in a row. I did not try the tube bands yet. If it didn’t shoot, good, I would’ve gave it a lower rating because they came with wimpy clear tube bands instead of the black. I did try the flat bands that came with, which are complete junk for what I shoot. I swapped over just some blue and green two tone Amazon bands and cut them to about 6 1/2 inches with my 31 inch draw length. I ended up shortening them to about 6 1/8 inches because the band tore by the pouch within 20 shots. I re-tied and went back to town. If I were to improve it, I would’ve put some type of sighting system on it so that way I could anchor in the corner of my mouth instead of having to anchor underneath my cheekbone. Mine didn’t show up on time and it was a couple days late so Amazon actually refunded my money and let me keep it. So five stars to Amazon is why I gave this a review. Zero issues with the clips I don’t know why people are having trouble with them. I noticed when I first threaded the right side on that it wouldn’t tighten up snug. I then reversed the screws from side to side and they snugged right up without any band. It did have a few molding marks on the inside of the fork that I cleaned up with an X-Acto knife and some 400 grit sandpaper. So to me it’s a pretty darn good quality slingshot. I’m glad I got a chance to try it. Even though it’s super accurate and lights out, it’s not anything I’m excited about because the forks are too narrow and make me hit high at 5 yards which is normally where I shoot. Lake Forks that are 4 to 4 1/4 on the inside so I can aim using the corner of my mouth in the corner of the fork. Anything shorter than 4 inches on the inside and I’m hitting high so it looks like I’ll be making more homemade slingshots with that kind of fork with. Great little slingshot and I would recommend it to everybody and their brother versus any other slingshot on Amazon in the under 20 mark there’s nothing better than this one. I added some updated photos below. I used a Dremel tool and cut flat slots in the screws so I could tighten them a little bit more so the bands won’t loosen up after shooting. That way I can use whatever change I have in my pocket to tighten them. I experimented with some bands right off the bat to see what I could pop holes through tin cans with. It’s super accurate. Making slots in the the hold down screws are definitely a must though. I can’t believe that it wasn’t done from factory which it wouldn’t cost any more to do or if it did charge me another nickel.

ZJPNOW Slingshot.
First off I recommend supporting USA made products / manufacturing. I will typically pay more within reason to do so. I have 2 simple shot rigs that I like a lot.1. I got this because I wanted to see exactly what 11$ would get you in comparison to the model this is a clone of, the Scout XT.2. Everything is so expensive right now. I need to keep my “hobby” spending in check. The only differences that I can see is that the Scout XT has two tone options, and the flip clips on this one are more basic in design. This isn’t a bad thing necessarily, as they function and tightly grip as they should. I will upgrade to brass thumb screws with flat head slots to torque them down tighter about $1.50 extra for two screws. The thumb screws on this one are smooth on top with knurled edges. The plastic body feels NO different than the Simple shots I have, and the flip clips from SS I have fits on this sling shot as well, same dimensions exactly. It also shoots perfectly just as any of the SS and other sling shots I have. Conclusion, this is a fantastic buy and you won’t be disappointed whatsoever.

Nice replica slingshot
Was going to return it because bands kept snapping out BUT i tightened a lil with pliers and it is holding perfectly. Very comfortable in hand, great for thumb supported grip.

No way to attach bands and bands missing along with a discoloration.
Came missing the black bands and no way to attach the discolored flat yellow ones. The handle and bands had a white powder on them and looked used or old. The flat bands that did come were hard in places and discolored on the edges. No large screw to hold some other piece in place either. Even if you could attach the flat bands they don't appear safe to use in quality.

You can’t attach the bands to this frame.
The band attachment system is horrible. The only way to fix this is to hand tie the bands to the slingshot. I cut a flat band 1/4” wide by 6” long. I wrapped the bands seven times around and then tucked it under the last round. The build quality of the slingshot was good and the grip was comfortable but I wouldn’t recommend this one. I bought another slingshot from Amazon about three months ago for $9.00 and it was fantastic and the band system held without any problems.

Great value slingshot to start with
I tried a few slingshots before I ordered this one and I’m glad I did. This slingshot supports multiple grip styles (pinch, thumb assisted, and hammer grip) as well as multiple band configurations (over the top and through the fork). The fasteners included with the slingshot make changing bands very simple. The slingshot is very steady in my hand - which is great as I have large hands. I plan on adding some grip tape to the handle to improve grip when my hands sweat a bit.The bands included are ok. Ignore reviews trashing the slingshot for bands breaking - that’s what all bands will eventually do. They are cheap are readily available on Amazon in multiple lengths and thicknesses to suit any preference. If you are thinking of picking up a modern slingshot, it’s hard to go wrong with this one.

Not as I’d Wanted
Wanted a slingshot to hold up to use by 7 year old. Bands don’t stay locked in place. Disappointed.

Just as advertised.
This is a knock-off of the Scout. Shoots well, no problems.
