What is the minimum PSU requirement for this APU?

The PSU requirement depends on your FM2+ motherboard. If your smart enough to read your motherboards manual it will tell you the recommended minimum wattage for PSU's. The standard minimum for my Sniper A88X board is 500 watts!

Asus, Gigabyte and MSI make some really good boards. The cool thing about the FM2/FM2+ series is that it's something you can grow with as it is just gaining speed as a great "beginners" option. I see where AMD is going with this new "idiot proof" technology, along with HSA and MANTEL to simplify things, right now, it's not so simple because a lot of the stuff for this chip is basically beta, but when they start unlocking the new drivers for this thing I think your gonna see some bang for your buck here! If your looking for a recommendation for a mobo, for the beginner, novice gamer, or HTPC enthusiast look no further than the Gigabyte G1 Killer Sniper A88X motherboard. It has a wicked built in 7.1 Realtech sound card (cost cutter there), 3.0/2.0 usb, audio DAC port, audio AmpUp, Durable antistatic shielding, and most importantly.... DUAL BIOS! Which makes it more attractive than all the other FM2+ boards out there, it's basically noob proof... How bout that!

Recommendation on type/speed for RAM to go along with the CPU to really get the most bang out of it?

Preferably 1600 to 2400mhz will do, your definitely going to want to overclock this APU to squeeze out it's performance. I do not recommend going over 4.1 on the overclock though. But even 1600 mhz ram can be sped up a bit to get some extra performance out of the thing.

is it dual graphics compatable? I want to pair an gtx 650 o/c 2 gb with it would it work just fine?

My A8 7750k is rated for 3 monitors , the A8 has 10 compute cores 4 CPU, 6 GPU , This A 10 is the next step up has 12 compute cores 4CPU with clock speeds 3.9/4.1 Ghz, 8 cores GPU with a clock speed 833Mhz.  and is capable of 3 monitors, running discrete carsds is only necesary for more monitors. If you wait and  get Godavari A8, A10, they are an upgraded version of Kavari whith alot higher frequncies OEM, overclock you can achieve  5 to 9 Ghz or better with aftermarket cooling like Noctua or a Frio. If you want use fm2, fm2+ socket and use discrete graphics, use the Black series Athlon with Turbo mode, and go dual Crossfire x. Alot of the newer AMD mainboards are capable of  dual/tripple SLI or Crossfire x
