I grabbed these in the third trimester because I was told my prenatal should contain choline, and it didn’t. The capsules are large average size, with no smell or taste that I noticed. I couldn’t remember to take 4x a day so I took 4 at once.I delivered at 34 weeks, and I was encouraged to continue taking these so the extra choline would be in my breastmilk, as babies use the most choline in the third trimester. I only have my previous pregnancies and NICU experience to compare to, but my baby has been saying words since he was 4 months old. Was it the choline? The 4 older siblings? I don’t know, but I’m glad I did everything I could. I continue to take this because I’m still breastfeeding & it was suggested to supplement through the first year of nursing.

I saw a video once talking about the importance of taking choline while pregnant (additionally from what is in your prenatal vitamin because it's not enough). I swear it helps, my baby is super smart even though she was born preemie due and a lot of her intelligence I contribute to taking this while pregnant with her. Even after giving birth I kept taking them for my own postpartum brain fog and to hopefully pass on to baby through breastmilk.The pills don't have a funny taste or smell to them and also I had no side effects.I would definitely recommend.Good value for money too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I took these during my pregnancy and postpartum and I've been happy with them. I was looking for clean ingredients and it seems like it was perfect. No weird side effects or anything.

They’re not super big but definitely bigger than your average capsule. The taste of them is almost non existent in my opinion. There’s just a powdery smell that I can’t fully describe to them but it’s not terrible. Otherwise if buy these again, I just had an ultrasound and blood work for my 20 week scan and baby is super healthy!

I purchased this after hearing great things about it. While I can’t speak to the long-term results just yet, I’m finding the sour taste a bit hard to get past. If you're someone who can easily swallow pills, this could be a great option for you. But if you're sensitive to taste or struggle with swallowing supplements, you might want to consider an alternative.

Great so far, no weird smell or taste, only one pill that has to be taken. Most prenatals don’t have enough choline a quick google search will tell you how important it is. Definitely recommend.
