I was so excited to get this wax heater in the mail, my daughter took it right after I opened it. I had gotten it as I do eye brow waxes on the side, and my old one had finally given out on me so I had to order a new one. When I got it 3 of the wax melts were in the pot along with the clippers. No sooner then I received it, I had my sister in law come over (she lives next door) because she wanted her brows done. Had not had it 30 min before everyone started wanting it and waxes. The warmer heater has different settings, I always used about 170 the only downfall I found is it takes a bit longer then i am use to for the wax to melt but I am ok with that, just have to get use to it. The pot is easy to clean though thankfully. I washed it soap and paper towels then no sooner my daughter took off with it to do her own thing. I may have to splurge to buy her own. Never fails when I buy something she wants to claim as her own. I do like the variety in colors of wax tho they all work the same. I was honestly surprised I did not have that new smell burn when you buy something new and turn it on it has that weird smell, this did not which is great.

This is my very first time using any wax products since the ‘80s. Boy have things changed. Everything you need is provided. I melted the wax at the highest temp, as instructed, and then reduced the temp to 185. I was a bit hesitant but also impatient so I tried a bit of the wax on the inside of my wrist to check the temp. It was warm/hot, totally doable for me. The most surprising thing to me was the lack of pain, apart from a momentary discomfort when the wax was pulled, nothing. As you can see from the photos I was very messy, but this was my very first time. Messy or not I am happy with the process and results. I think some of my hairs were too long so the wax didn’t pick them up so well. I plucked the few remaining but next time I will not let the hairs get as long. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Finally a product that doest hurt as much and makes me look good.This is the first time I am using wax beans and I should say I am pleased with both the results and usage.Pain is 50% less when compared to other wax/depilatory products..And the price with the wax heater+beans+the sticks is less when compared to the other sellers..I used this on my eye brows too(but you have to be really careful u don't apply it on the hair u want to keep) and I had to go over the area 2-3 times...then I realized I had to pull it in the opposite direction of the hair growth...then it came right off...Also used it on my cheeks and side burns and it didn't break me out like the others...The wax heater is of really good quality and heats up in 5 mins (when put on high)...while i prep myself for the waxing.There is a learning curve to it...a thin layer will not work...it HAS to be thick layer for you to have a grip and pull I....a thin layer would be hard to remove...The last picture is of my side burns removed which were very fine hair!My rating for the product and seller 5/5

Shuts off automatically too soon, takes a long time for wax to melt and is very painful.

I bought this purely for the wax machine, it was just a nice bonus to receive a manicure set, and the applicator sticks. I only used twice, but it met my expectations as it warms product quick, lightweight, and easy to store. It was worth the price point and I would recommend this to a friend.HOWEVER, the hard wax (at least the pink one) that came with it was beyond terrible. It barely removes hair, and did not apply well either. I luckily knew this may happen after reading reviews, so I had a different brand ready. And this is why I took away a star, the machine and the rest of the items were great though so I think it’s a good four.

The media could not be loaded.  It didn't melt, it doesn't work well I had high expectations but I was disappointed , It was 3 hours and it didn't completely melt the wax, unfortunate 👎🏼

It comes with enough wax that it will last you at least a few months. I only use it for eyebrows and I think they lasted over a year.

I just used this waxer for the first time a few minutes ago. I can't believe how easy it was to use. I had even gone to Sally Beauty thinking I would need fabric strips for doing my eyebrows. I ended up not needing them. The wax beads that are included really do just rip up by hand, I couldn't believe how easy it was. I even did my upper lip and it was easy and not very painful. Just work in small sections. It did take about 15 minutes to melt a small amount of wax beads, but I started it at the lowest setting and then I ended up putting the temp up to 185. That seemed a good temp for the wax being used on my face, warm but not too hot. I do recommend this product.

The product arrived scrapedand the lid was broken. It was very disappointing because I loled fowerd to using the product. I didn't pay 39 dollars to get a broken product.
