This is great, BUT you could sell the heck out of ...
This is great, BUT you could sell the heck out of them if you would make a "DEEP REACH" model that would allow reaching into or across a plate shaped board or for instance the top of a guitar under construction to determine the thickness at several points for final sanding and thicknessing. These usually have to be "home-made" by every luthier unless you want to pay over a $100 from a luthier supplier. It would need to reach about 7 or 8 inches with the same dial indicator.
