Excellent, appetizing quinoa mix DON'T FORGET TO RINSE BEFORE COOKING!
This is really good quinoa. HOWEVER. There is no instruction to rinse the grains before cooking. I tasted some (dry) and they were bitter with saponins (natural soap chemicals) so yeah, put your quinoa in a fine strainer and rinse until the water is clear. That's why it loses a star. Quinoa should ALWAYS have that instruction, or a newbie could cook it and HATE IT.

Not quite what I was hoping for.
This quinoa would not bloom during the cooking process, so it seemed a little odd. It tasted ok, not great. I use black quinoa for breakfast with some coconut milk and fresh berries, so it is very important to have a great texture and flavor. I am afraid I will have to look further for the right product.
