Perfect. Orthopedic doctor had me order this in a medium size, for a small bone fracture in my hand. There are size instructions.. The directions for use are simple. The Velcro fastenings are accommodating.. The item arrived within 24 hours. M.B.

It does the job to help with the pain on my little finger and along the side of my hand; however it is too bulky that I cannot do anything with my hand.

This split works great. I fractured my 4th metacarpal and was told to get it from a zoom call with my Dr before I even had xrays as we thought it might be broken. When I went to the hand specialist at UCLA they told me to continue wearing it for 4 weeks. They could have sold me a splint for several hundred dollars but said this one is fine. I have had it for 3 weeks and am doing great with it. It really keeps my hand immobile.
